  • Patent number: 10059255
Abstract: A method includes: establishing a wireless communication session with a mobile device of a user and a vehicle control unit equipped in a vehicle; receiving a sequence of vehicle light control signals transmitted from the mobile device defining activation periods during which a vehicle light of the vehicle is to be activated alternating with deactivation periods during which the vehicle light is to be deactivated; and controlling the vehicle light in synchronization with the sequence of vehicle light control signals while the sequence of vehicle light control signals is being received. The controlling of the vehicle light includes: continuously transmitting activation signals to the vehicle control unit to activate the vehicle light during each of the activation periods; and refraining from transmitting the activation signals to the vehicle control unit to deactivate the vehicle light during each of the deactivation periods.

  • Patent number: 7559116
Abstract: In a motor vehicle a door and the body are connected by a pantographic hinge device, the arm of which is substantially constructed from a housing module, from which rotatable shaft sections coupled in two end regions project and which has an open side, and a coupling mechanism module for creation of the rotational coupling of the shaft sections to one another, which can be inserted into the housing module through the open side. The coupling mechanism module is inserted into the housing module after the door and body connected to one another through the housing module have been painted.

  • Patent number: 7520028
Abstract: In the case of a hinge device with an arm and with two head pieces mounted to pivot/swivel on the ends of the arm around respectively one axis, the head pieces are respectively joined to revolve with one of the two belt pulleys, which are circumscribed by a common traction belt on one circumferential surface, and at least one of the belt pulleys is not circular but preferably elliptical.

  • Publication number: 20070084016
Abstract: Disclosed is a hinge device (2, 22) comprising a lever (6) that is provided with two top parts (4, 5). Said two top parts (4, 5) are used for assembling the lever (6) and are pivotable about one respective pin located at the ends of the lever (6). Two traction ropes (8, 9) are provided which grip the two top parts (4, 5) at gripping points (12, 13, 16, 17) located on different sides of a plane that is defined by the two pins.
