  • Patent number: 11587748
Abstract: A high-voltage power switch, preferably with a dead tank design, contains: a switching unit that has a switching device and an actuation element that is axially movable in relation to a longitudinal axis of the switching device to actuate the switching device and a closing resistor unit that has a closing resistor arrangement and an adjusting element that is axially movable in relation to a longitudinal axis of this closing resistor arrangement to actuate the closing resistor arrangement. The actuation element is coupled to the adjusting element in order to move the latter. Accordingly, the longitudinal axis of the switching unit and the longitudinal axis of the closing resistor unit are spaced apart, and the actuation and adjusting elements are coupled by a coupling device of the high-voltage power switch.

  • Patent number: 11243776
Abstract: Certain example embodiments automatically generate complex event processing (CEP) events and query definitions for real-time decomposition of resource usage data. Component models specifying measureable characteristics related to an aggregate reading and state(s) into which respective components are enterable are defined. For components that can have plural states, the models further specify valid state transitions, including predecessor and/or successor states. Plausible and composite state definitions are generatable from the component models. The former defines when a CEP engine is to trigger a corresponding plausible state event to signify that a corresponding state is potentially active. The latter corresponds to a representation of two or more component states that potentially are concurrently active. The CEP engine is configured to trigger events based on the aggregate reading and the generated plausible and composite state event definitions.

  • Patent number: 10255564
Abstract: A computerized method implemented in at least one processor for at least one of viewing, editing, and handling Business Process Management artifacts, the method including storing in a database repository coupled to the at least one processor, a plurality of computerized editor representations, receiving, by the at least one processor, a computerized request from a client computer for a database artifact stored in the database repository, accessing, by the at least one processor, the requested database artifact within the database repository, selecting, by the at least one processor, a specific computerized editor representation from the plurality of computerized editor representations, the specific computerized editor representation corresponding to the requested database artifact, and causing, by the at least one processor, the specific computerized editor to be provided to the client computer along with the requested database artifact.

  • Publication number: 20140172500
Abstract: Certain example embodiments relate to a computer-implemented method for adapting at least one process defined as a base model in a process management system. In the process management system, at least one adaptation layer is defined separate, from the base model. The adaptation layer includes at least one definition of an adaptation of the base model. The at least one adaptation layer is applied on the base model in accordance with at least one aggregation rule to generate an adapted model of the at least one process.

  • Patent number: 6659517
Abstract: In an apparatus for transmitting and method a movement which, as a function of a first, translational movement of a first coupling element to which a first component can be coupled, produces a translational movement of a second coupling element to which a second component can be coupled. The invention provides that the first and the second coupling element are connected to one another, such that they can move by a first rigid element, and in that the first coupling element is connected to a first lever which is mounted in a fixed position, and the second coupling element is connected to a second lever which is mounted in a fixed position. When a movement is being transmitted, the arrangement thus results in the capability first of all to retard the movement of the second component and later to accelerate it again in a corresponding manner, or vice versa.
