The at least one interface unit (3) is configured for the output or the receiving of data that is stored, or that can be stored, in the data storage (1). The energy storage (6) can be inductively charged by a magnetic alternating field, which can be generated by displacing the at least one permanent magnet (8) in a region of the electrical coil (7). At least one of the at least one interface unit (3) is electrically coupled to the energy storage for the energy supply thereof.

The various property data are tested for an identity and are labelled, and calculations, which are carried out by the testing device for testing purposes, are initiated on the basis of the labelling. By taking other devices in the system into account, security requirements may be fulfilled during testing and the computational effort for the testing device may also be reduced.

The first device is coupled to at least one second device by a network The method involves providing at least one parameter which is suitable for influencing a hash value of at least one predetermined hash function. At least one hash value is calculated on the basis of the data stored in the predetermined memory, the at least one predetermined hash function and the at least one parameter. The second device checks the integrity of the data stored in the predetermined memory area of the first device on the basis of the calculated hash value or values.

    Abstract: In one aspect, communication link established from a communication unit to a communications system. A request message is transmitted from a communication unit to the work connection computer and checked with the aid of a user profile of the communication unit, to verify whether the communication unit has log-on authorization. If the verification of the request message is positive, the request message is forwarded from the network connection computer to the connection handling computer in the form of a modified request message. The modified request message is analyzed by the connection handling computer with the aid of an authentication profile of the network connection computer. Once the modified request message has been positively analyzed and the communication unit has been successfully registered, a response message is transmitted from the connection handling computer to the communication unit.
