  • Publication number: 20250144384
Abstract: An ingestible device (200), comprising: a housing (210, 220) comprising a stop geometry (228) at an exit hole (224); a tissue penetrating member (230) and an actuator that comprises: a pushing portion (260) configured for axial movement from a first to a second position, the pushing portion configured to move the tissue penetrating member from within the housing to a lodged position in tissue, and a holder portion (270) coupled with the pushing portion (260) for initial axial movement with the pushing portion. In the first position the holder portion releasably holds the tissue penetrating member (230) in axial retaining engagement. As the pushing portion (260) moves towards the second position, the tissue penetrating member (230) moves through the exit hole (224) until the holder portion (270) enters into engagement with the stop geometry (228). The pushing portion (260) moves further to release and advance the tissue penetrating member (230).

  • Publication number: 20250144144
Abstract: A CD19-OR-CD20 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) protein construct is provided. Also provided are nucleic acids encoding the CD19-OR-CD20 CAR; and methods of use, e.g. in the treatment of B cell malignancies. The CD19-OR-CD20 CAR of the invention is a bispecific CAR that can trigger T-cell activation upon detection of either CD19 or CD20 (or both). It is a single molecule that confers two-input recognition capability upon human T cells engineered to stably express this CAR.

  • Publication number: 20250150486
Abstract: A network filter request arbiter is provided. An interface (e.g., user interface and/or programmatic interface, such as an application programming interface (API)), is for configuring and automatically implementing one or more filters in an internal and/or external network. The filters may be used to stop distributed denial of service (DDOS) attacks and/or prevent malicious network traffic from reaching a target network or target device(s) within the target network. Filters implemented in a target network may also be distributed to other (e.g., upstream) networks. The distributed filters may similarly be used to stop DDOS attacks and/or prevent malicious network traffic from being carried by the networks and from reaching a target network or target device(s) within the target network.

  • Patent number: 12293211
Abstract: A verification operating system (VOS) is an intermediary operating system that verifies data of a primary operating system before the primary operating system controls of the computing device. When the computing device is initialized, initial boot processes load the VOS instead of the primary operating system. The VOS performs verification processes on data storing the primary operating system to verify that the primary operating system has not been manipulated or corrupted before passing control of the computing device to the primary operating system. A VOS also may be used to verify an operating system used by a virtual machine (VM). The VOS verifies data storing a VM operating system to be used for requested VMs. If the VOS verifies that the VM OS data is accurate, the VOS provides the VM OS data to a hypervisor for use in a VM.

  • Patent number: 12293919
Abstract: Tin oxide films are used as spacers and hardmasks in semiconductor device manufacturing. In one method, tin oxide layer (e.g., spacer footing) needs to be selectively etched in a presence of an exposed silicon-containing layer, such as SiOC, SiON, SiONC, amorphous silicon, SiC, or SiN. In order to reduce damage to the silicon-containing layer the process involves passivating the silicon-containing layer towards a tin oxide etch chemistry, etching the tin oxide, and repeating passivation and etch in an alternating fashion. For example, passivation and etch can be each performed between 2-50 times. In one implementation, passivation is performed by treating the substrate with an oxygen-containing reactant, activated in a plasma, and the tin oxide etching is performed by a chlorine-based chemistry, such as using a mixture of Cl2 and BCl3.

  • Patent number: 12292726
Abstract: Techniques that enable the installation of a level sensor capable of continuously detecting a level of fluid in a vessel or tank and capable of being integrated in a larger control system. Advantageously, the sensor head of the level sensor can be installed on existing installations with an existing displacer or float and an existing member or rod. The techniques thus enable process plants to easily and affordably replace pneumatic level sensors with a more environmentally friendly option.

  • Publication number: 20250140337
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relates to genetically altered LysM receptors. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a hydrophobic patch into the LysM2 domain which can increase affinity and/or selectivity for LCOs and by replacement of regions in the LysM1 domain with the corresponding regions of the LysM1 domain from a donor LysM receptor that can alter the affinity and/or selectivity for the oligosaccharide particularly for LCOs and can alter the specificity between LCO when using regions from a high affinity and specificity LCO LysM receptor such as a legume NFR1 receptor. The present disclosure also relates to genetically altering LysM receptors in plants to include a hydrophobic patch or alter the hydrophobic patch and to genetically altering LysM receptors in plants by replacement of regions in the LysM2 domain.

  • Publication number: 20250141841
Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for zero trust domain name system (DNS) (ZTDNS) based networking. A computing device implementing ZTDNS based networking blocks any outbound connections that are not included in a list of trusted IP addresses. The list of trusted IP addresses is updated in response to the computing device receiving from a trusted DNS server an IP address corresponding to a DNS request. In some examples, the ZTDNS based networking intercepts and evaluates outbound communications for applications that implement a custom application DNS client. In other examples, the ZTDNS based networking intercepts and evaluates outbound communications for virtual environments. The outbound communications for both the custom application DNS client and the virtual environments are proxied through a local DNS client of the computing device.
