  • Publication number: 20150373782
Abstract: The present invention relates to a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) element manufactured using a polymer aqueous emulsion conductive composite, and a planar heating element using the same. By controlling electric connection of the heating element using the PTC element, it is possible to control a heating temperature of the heating element to be in a desired range and to improve stability of the heating element. It is easy to manufacture the PTC manufactured using the polymer aqueous emulsion conductive composite, and PTC characteristics thereof can be satisfactorily kept even in use for a long period. Since the planar heating element manufactured using the PTC element has a self temperature control function, a separate temperature control device is unnecessary, which is economical.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a call connection control method used by defining a state function matrix when a base station controls call connection of a terminal, and a method for generating the state function matrix. In a call connection process, a call state varies and an access point control subsystem receives messages from a terminal and an access point traffic subsystem. The access point control subsystem calls a state function corresponding to the received message and a current call state among a plurality of state functions that are respectively mapped to a plurality of elements of the state function matrix when receiving the message, and operates the state function. The state function matrix may include a plurality of call states as one index among row and column indexes, and a plurality of messages as the other index.

  • Patent number: 8072149
Abstract: A dual unbalanced indirectly heated cathode (IHC) ion chamber is disclosed. The cathodes have different surface areas, thereby affecting the amount of heat radiated by each. In the preferred embodiment, one cathode is of the size and dimension typically used for IHC ionization, as traditionally used for hot mode operation. The second cathode, preferably located on the opposite wall of the chamber, is of a smaller size. This smaller cathode is still indirectly heated by a filament, but due to its smaller size, radiates less heat into the source chamber, allowing the ion source to operate in cold mode, thereby preserving the molecular structure of the target molecules. In both modes, the unused cathode is preferably biased so as to be at the same potential as the IHC, thus allowing it to act as a repeller.

  • Publication number: 20100157814
Abstract: A network includes a Mobile Station (MS) for sending a Service Flow (SF) modification request message to a Base Station (BS) to modify an SF. The BS sends a path modification request message to a serving SF Authorization (SFA) when there is the information on the SF. The BS also sends an SF modification response message comprising a Confirmation Code ‘Reject SF not found’ to the MS when there is no information on the SF. The serving SFA sends a resource reservation request message to an anchor SFA when there is the information on the SF, and sends a path modification response message comprising a Failure Indication (FI) ‘Requested Context Unavailable’ to the BS when there is no information on the SF. The anchor SFA sends a resource reservation response message comprising the FI ‘Requested Context Unavailable’ to the serving SFA when there is no information on the SF.
