The system integrates an embedded system for controlling devices with a video presentation device, which is an optical image electronic device. The video presentation system integrating an embedded operating system (OS) includes: a video presenting unit processing a generated first image or a received second image to generate a signal that can be displayed, and outputting the generated signal, or processing the first image and the second image to generate a signal that can be displayed, by overlaying the images, and transmitting the captured first image or a part of the image; and an embedded unit transmitting the overlay information and the second image to the video presenting unit through periodic communication with the video presenting unit, and receiving the captured first image.
