    Abstract: There is provided a method of a terminal for performing task offloading with at least one satellite in an MEC network. The method includes the steps of: acquiring at least one initial input value; acquiring information needed for determining whether or not to perform task offloading, from the at least one satellite in time slot t; setting an object function according to whether or not to perform task offloading on the basis of information on the terminal and the information needed for determining whether or not to perform task offloading acquired from the at least one satellite in time slot t; acquiring a minimum value of each object function according to whether or not to perform task offloading, and comparing the minimum value of each object function; and determining whether or not to perform task offloading to the at least one satellite in time slot t according to a result of the comparison.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method in which an upper layer entity allocates resources to a plurality of access points (APs) in a wireless access system, including the plurality of APs and the upper layer entity for managing the plurality of APs, the method comprising the step of: sensing a change in minimum guaranteed resource amount allocated to each of the APs; acquiring, from each of the APs, AP-level topology information according to a degree of interference with adjacent APs and AP weight information given to each AP by a service provider; determining a minimum guaranteed resource amount for each of the APs based on the acquired AP-level topology information and AP weight information; and transmitting the determined minimum guaranteed resource amount to each of the APs.

    Abstract: A method for cancelling ghost effects in an image signal processor which is capable of enhancing a convergence rate of a coefficient of a filter and a performance of cancelling ghost effects in a system, by alternately performing the updatings of the coefficients of an FIR filter and an IIR filter in a system using both the FIR filter and the IIR filter, includes initializing an FIR filter bank and an IIR filter bank, updating the FIR filter bank by performing an algorithm for updating a coefficient of a filter with a data having a ghost effect and a data in which a reference GCR data is filtered by the IIR filter, updating the IIR filter bank by performing the algorithm for updating a coefficient of a filther with the reference GCR data and a data in which an X(z) is filtered by the FIR filter bank, and obtaining an FIR filter bank and an IIR filter bank in each of which an error is minimized.
