An aspect of the present embodiment provides an apparatus for evaluating a welding condition, the apparatus including a communication unit configured to receive a three-dimensional image for an evaluation target from the outside, a base material recognition unit configured to recognize a base material from the three-dimensional image for the evaluation target by using a point cloud, a bead extraction unit configured to extract a welding bead welded between the base materials, a bead cross-section acquisition unit configured to acquire cross-sections at preset intervals for the extracted welding bead, and a profile analysis unit configured to analyze a profile of the welding bead for the cross-section acquired by the bead cross-section acquisition unit.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment, a system comprises a communication module providing a communication interface, a camouflage pattern evaluation module performing an artificial intelligence-based camouflage pattern evaluation algorithm on an operation environment image and a camouflage pattern image, analyzing a similarity between the operation environment image and the camouflage pattern image, and obtaining an evaluation result of camouflage performance for the camouflage pattern in the operation environment, and a processor deriving a quantitative camouflage performance value for the evaluation result. The artificial intelligence-based camouflage performance evaluation algorithm extracts feature information for the operation environment image and the camouflage pattern image and analyzes the similarity in color, pattern, or structure between the operation environment image and the camouflage pattern image based on the extracted feature information.

A forging operation forms a pipe portion having a tube shape and processes an exterior circumferential surface of the pipe portion. A precision forging process adjusts dimensions of the pipe portion formed in the tube shape, forms a protruding end that extends on a tip surface of the pipe portion and compresses the pipe portion to remove residual burrs on a surface. A post-processing operation cuts the processing cross section to a final product shape, and forms a threaded tap on an interior circumferential surface of the pipe portion.
