    Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for ejecting a caddy from a disk player, the apparatus comprising a slider installed on the bottom of a lower case of the disk player capable of linear movement and elastically biased by a spring towards a caddy inlet, an eject pin installed on a loader, and an ejector rotatably installed on the lower case in such a manner that one end thereof is connected to be linked with the slider and a linking unit and the other side has a hooking plate contacting the eject pin of the loader to move the eject pin, an external force acts on the slider which in turn rotates the ejector, thereby ejecting the caddy. Therefore, the caddy can be easily ejected when electricity has failed or the disk player is malfunctioning.
