Abstract: The present application can provide a preparation method that can effectively produce a polymer having desired molecular weight characteristics and solubility in a solvent, and having a monomer composition, which is designed freely and variously according to the purpose, without unnecessary components with excellent polymerization efficiency and conversion rates, and a dispersion comprising the polymer formed by the preparation method.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided in which an Application Service Provider (“ASP”) generates a multi-resolution image on a multi-web server to provide the total process to manufacture the multi-resolution image, up-load to the image to the server, as well as to put it into web in one service. The process can be embodied to link an ASP Service Developer server, an ASP Service Operator server, and a Multi-Web Server. The desired functions can be performed by the client that needs the image. Therefore, all of the process from image manufacturing to start business through web can be realized easily and with low cost.
