  • Patent number: 9489656
Abstract: A method and apparatus generate a community based on goals and intentions of its members. Context information related to a first member is collected. A list of goals that the first member wants to accomplish and a list of capabilities that the first member may provide are derived, based on the context information. A search is conducted to find a second member that has at least one of a capability matching at least one goal listed in the list of goals and a goal matching at least one capability listed in the list of capabilities. And then, a community including the first member and the second member is generated.

  • Patent number: 9461157
Abstract: The present invention provides a nanowire sensor comprising nanowires, in which the nanowires are stacked to form a three-dimensional structure so that they have a large exposed surface area compared to that of a conventional straight nanowire sensor in the same limited area, thereby increasing the probability of attachment of a target material to the nanowires to thereby increase the measurement sensitivity of the sensor. Thus, a change in the electrical conductivity (conductance or resistance) of the nanowires can be sensed with higher sensitivity, suggesting that the sensor has increased sensitivity.

  • Publication number: 20160252478
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a technology for fabricating a nanowire field-effect sensor, in which a bulk silicon substrate is used so that the fabrication cost of the sensor can be reduced while the integration density of the sensor can be increased. In addition, the nanowire field-effect sensor includes a nano-network having a network structure in which pins are vertically arranged on the sidewalls of the network, respectively, and a gate insulating layer is applied to the pins. Due to this nano-network, the detection area of the sensor can be increased to increase its sensitivity, and the structural stability of the sensor can be ensured.

  • Publication number: 20160233281
Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a substrate and an active pattern formed over the substrate. The OLED display also includes first and second gate electrodes formed over the active pattern. The first gate electrode defines a first transistor together with the active pattern. The second gate electrode defines a second transistor and a third transistor together with the active pattern. The OLED display further includes a first conductive pattern formed over the first and second gate electrodes. The first conductive pattern overlaps at least a portion of the second and/or third transistors so as to define a parasitic capacitor.

  • Patent number: 9302169
Abstract: A golf putter practice device for practicing repetitive ball striking develops consistent contact on an optimal position on the striking surface of a putter. The device includes a body having a top surface, a front surface, and a channel extending through the body. The channel receives a flange of the putter therein whereby the front surface of the body covers a striking surface of the putter. Alignment indicia transverse to the channel is positioned on the top surface of the body. The alignment indicia has a front section abutting and extending rearwardly from a junction of the top surface with the front surface. A fastener is coupled to the body for securing the body on the putter.

  • Patent number: 9219608
Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method in a communication system allow sharing contents of users by acquiring an access right even if there is no connection relationship in a Social Network Service (SNS). The system includes an SNS provider and a middleware server. The SNS provider provides the SNS and generates an authorization key and an authorization token according to an open authorization protocol. The middleware server obtains contents of a second user from the SNS provider by using an authorization key of the second user when a first user requests sharing SNS contents of the second user, and transmits the contents of the second user to the first user.
