Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel peptide having various physiological activities and use thereof. The novel peptide according to the present invention induces an increase in joint components in chondrocytes, increases the cartilage differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and the production of extracellular matrix, suppresses an increase in inflammatory cytokines or inflammatory proteins, and can also suppress the differentiation and formation of osteoclasts, and thus can be effectively used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for regenerating cartilage or preventing or treating an inflammatory disease or osteoporosis, or a health functional food for ameliorating the symptoms.

Abstract: A method of automatically improving artificial intelligence (AI) model performance is provided. The method includes: collecting image data including at least one item; performing pre-training based on self-supervised training for a pre-training model by using the image data; and setting initial values of the AI model and performing fine-tuning by using the pre-training model.
