  • Publication number: 20240135595
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for encoding a displacement video using image tiling. A method for encoding multi-dimensional data according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: converting the multi-dimensional data into one or more frames with two-dimensional characteristics; generating one or more frame groups by grouping the one or more frames with pre-configured number units; reconstructing frames belonging to each frame group into a tiled frame; and generating a bitstream by encoding the tiled frame. Here, the tiled frame may be constructed with one or more blocks, and each block may be constructed by rearranging pixels existing at the same location in the frames.

  • Publication number: 20210322952
Abstract: Disclosed are a sorbent produced by recycling waste paper, which is an eco-friendly recycling paper resource, to adsorb and remove a marine spilled oil and other types of oil and a method of producing the same. The oil sorbent is produced by hydrophobizing a biomass material such as waste paper using a gas-grafting method. Compared to the oil sorbent of the prior art formed of synthetic resin, it is possible to provide excellent oil adsorption selectivity, a high oil adsorption rate, and a low water absorption rate. Therefore, an incineration process for processing the waste oil sorbent after use is easy advantageously. The oil sorbent generates less harmful substances during combustion because the eco-friendly material is used. Since a biomass material is hydrophobized using vegetable fatty acids, decomposition is performed fast within a short time in a landfill process, and there is no risk of environmental pollution.

  • Patent number: 9868874
Abstract: Using the sympathetic printed-matter according to the present invention, a hidden content can be visualized just by wetting. Therefore, it is possible to remove necessities of the sympathetic ink and a special material such as reagent or equipment for visualizing hidden contents. In addition, since the hidden contents disappear by removing water from the sympathetic printed-matter, the sympathetic printed-matter can be used repeatedly. Using the reading confirmation portion, whether or not the sympathetic printed-matter has been read by any other person can be easily determined. In the sympathetic printing method according to the present invention, a hydrophobic substrate can be formed using an existing gas grafting facility, and an ester hydrolase composition and the reading confirmation portion can be formed using an existing printing method. Therefore, a large amount of sympathetic printed-matters can be produced inexpensively and efficiently.

  • Patent number: 8198358
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing phenolic polymers utilizing Coprinus cinereus peroxidase. More particularly, the present invention relates to a process for preparing phenolic polymers by polymerizing phenolic monomers with Coprinus cinereus peroxidase instead of using typical peroxidase which essentially requires the use of toxic formalin or peroxidase of plant origin which is very costly and easily deactivated by hydrogen peroxide in the polymerization of phenolic monomers, wherein the polymerization is conducted in the presence of a polar organic solvent under mild reaction conditions of atmospheric temperature and pressure to economically produce desired phenolic polymers having excellent water and chemical resistances with high yield.

  • Patent number: 7737245
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a phenolic polymer using a phenothiazine-based mediator, in particular, to a process for preparing a phenolic polymer via polymerization of phenolic monomers by using a phenothiazine-based mediator in the presence of peroxidase biocatalyst and an oxidant, thereby drastically improving the enzyme reactivity of peroxidase. The phenolic polymers prepared according to the polymerization of this invention maintain unsaturated hydrocarbon groups linked to their side chains, so that they are very useful as a curing resin because they can easily form coatings through radical curing. In addition, the coating formed using the curing resin has an antioxidation effect and a low surface energy, so that they can prevent physical attachment of marine livings. Because the antifouling-causing functional groups are not consumed, the coatings continuously exhibit durability.
