    Abstract: Systems and methods of monitoring solidification quality and automatic correcting any detected defect in additive manufacturing are described. The present disclosure includes a build station for manufacturing one or more parts and a controller having one or more computer-vision based system coupled to the build station. One or more camera is provided to obtain a plurality of images of the solidified parts at predetermined settings. The present disclosure introduces a predictive model trained by machine learning algorithm, the predictive model calculates level of solidification quality of a manufactured part and build parameters value to be adjusted. The present disclosure introduces a plurality of validation coupons having various shapes to enhance more accuracy in manufacturing, wherein the validation coupons further include block data which is distributed to electronic ledger system.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system, utilizing augmented reality, for displaying hazards which is harmful to people those involved in manufacturing environment. The system comprises one or more light sources, one or more image markers, one or more signal transceivers, one or more manufacturing machines, one or more safety light poles coupled to the manufacturing machines, an online platform, and one or more portable display devices. A hybrid marker is introduced for providing pattern recognition effectively, wherein the marker is either invisible or a visual image. The one or more light sensors in the portable display device detects light signal, and the one or more transceivers detects wireless signal, the signal indicating hazardous information. The hazardous information is displayed as two-dimensional images to the augmented reality system.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an adapter for dispensing content to minimize exposure to ambient air. The adapter introduces an inflatable sealing mechanism by comprising a container having open ends on top and bottom of the container, a piercing unit to perforate a seal of a factory sealed content bottle, a conduit configured to fluidize contents in the first factory sealed content bottle through providing inert gas, a cap coupled to the open end on top of the container and an inflatable bladder configured to seal the first factory sealed content bottle while transferring the contents into a second bottle or a valve. The adapter further introduces a thread engaging sealing mechanism by adding a screw thread inside an open neck on top of the container. The bottom of the container is coupled to a second bottle or a valve.

    Abstract: A system for removing one or more three-dimensional workpieces manufactured in additive manufacturing environment from a substrate plate is disclosed. The system includes an adjustable support tooling apparatus, a grinder, a cut-machining device, a work tank, a wire discharge machine and coolant pump filtration system. The adjustable support tooling apparatus is supporting a three-dimensional workpiece while it is being detached from a substrate plate by cutting device. The adjustable support apparatus of the present disclosure is also easily adaptable to various weights and geometric of workpiece. The improved substrate plate preparation machine in additive manufacturing enables to complete a job at one place, wherein the job is cutting the work piece and grinding the uneven cut surface of the substrate plate, thereby the ground substrate plate can be reused.
