  • Patent number: 12190470
Abstract: Visualization within a spherical space is provided. The method comprises capturing a number of images from a common three-point coordinate capture location and creating a sphere of projected coordinates based on the capture location. Three-point coordinates of reference locations corresponding to the images are translated into spherical coordinates on the sphere. The spherical coordinates of the reference locations are translated into tour scene coordinates. The tour scene coordinates of the reference locations are then translated into equirectangular Cartesian coordinates. The images are displayed in a user interface according to the reference locations from the perspective of the capture location.

  • Publication number: 20240308826
Abstract: A forklift includes a carriage that has one or more forks. A drop camera assembly is coupled to the forklift. The drop camera assembly includes a drop camera. The drop camera is configured to move from a retracted position to an extended position. The drop camera is located proximal to the forks when in the retracted position. The drop camera is positioned away from the carriage when in the extended position so as to image one or more obstacles under the forks of the carriage. The drop camera assembly further includes a carriage camera that is secured to the carriage. The carriage camera is configured to show alignment of the forks relative to a pallet or other object to be handled by the forklift.

  • Publication number: 20230362494
Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for inspecting a surface. An image capture system adjusts at least one of an aperture or a shutter speed to result in capturing a black image when an image of a surface is captured with the surface illuminated only by an ambient light. The image capture system captures an incident angled flash illuminated image of the surface to create a first image. The image capture system captures an opposed incident angled flash illuminated image of the surface to create a second image. The first image and the second image are combined to form an inspectable image with a width of at least one frame pitch. The inspectable image is inspected.

  • Publication number: 20230073587
Abstract: Systems and methods provide technology for inspections including receiving image data from a sensor, the sensor operable to scan an object, where the object is a manufactured object, generating a 3D image record for the object based on the image data, comparing the 3D image record with a stored design model for the object and/or a stored baseline image record of the object, and generating findings data based on the comparing, where the findings data is indicative of a discrepancy identified between the 3D image record and the one or more of the stored design model for the object or the stored baseline image record of the object. The sensor can be mounted on a moving platform such as a robotic arm, a track mounted assembly or a drone. The technology can further include a motion or flight plan for moving the sensor relative to the object.

  • Patent number: 10257989
Abstract: A stabilizer is used on a tower structure of a center pivot irrigation system. The tower structure has wheels supporting the tower on a ground surface and the wheels are adapted and configured to roll on the ground surface in a direction of travel. The stabilizer has a bracing member with proximal and distal ends spaced apart by a length. The bracing member proximal end is adapted and configured to be operatively releasably connected to the tower structure such that when the stabilizer is mounted to the tower structure, the bracing member is movable from a stored position in which the bracing member distal end is arranged generally adjacent to the tower structure to a deployed position in which the bracing member distal end is arranged outboard of the wheels in the direction of travel and in contact with the ground surface.

  • Publication number: 20120305106
Abstract: A compact damper and an actuator mounting bracket are provided for controlling fluid flow through a duct. The actuator mounting bracket includes two mounting legs and a mounting plate extending between the mounting legs. The mounting legs are configured to be fixed to corresponding mounting extensions that extend from and are integral to the damper. The actuator mounting bracket defines various slots and holes to provide adjustability in both the position of the actuator mounting bracket with respect to the damper and the type of actuator that can be accommodated by the mounting bracket. In this way, an actuator may be installed/replaced while maintaining the pressure integrity of the damper. In addition, the integral mounting extensions facilitate proper alignment of the actuator with the damper and provide additional support for larger actuators. Methods for attaching an actuator to a damper are also provided.
