Publication number: 20250067046Abstract: A hold down clip for retaining one or more ceiling panels on lower flanges of a suspended ceiling tee and allowing removal of the ceiling panels from below after installation. The hold down clip includes at least one outward curved section with a crest between an upper end and a lower end. The clip elastically deforms to produce reactive spring forces when a ceiling panel engages a contact point below the crest of the outward curved section. The clip also includes at least one continuously formed latching section, which may extend from the upper end, lower end, or a transition point below the crest of the outward curved section. The latching section engages the grid tee to generate the spring force. Alternatively, the clip includes a fastener secured to the at least one outward curved section. The fastener is configured for threaded attachment to a receptacle of the grid tee.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 8, 2024Publication date: February 27, 2025Applicant: Gordon Sales, Inc. dba Gordon, Inc.Inventors: Imack Laydera-Collins, Steven Jeremy Shugarts, Daniel E. Patent number: 12217170Abstract: A method implemented by a software for a multimodal evaluation engine stored on a memory is provided herein. The software is executable by a processor coupled to the memory to cause the method. The method includes receiving multimodal signatures of an object of interest from inspection elements and processing the multimodal signatures to transform the multimodal signatures into formats. The method also includes generating data representations of the formats and detecting whether anomalies are present within the object of interest based on the data representations.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 2021Date of Patent: February 4, 2025Assignee: Battelle Memorial InstituteInventors: Anthony George, Nicholas Darby, Jeremy Bellay, David Collins, Katie Liszewski, Amir Rahimi

Publication number: 20240171454Abstract: Techniques and systems are disclosed to provide a configuration tool that can be used to improve configuration of cloud-based network resources. In some implementations, data indicating (i) a present configuration state of a cloud computing resource, and (ii) a desired state configuration of the cloud computing resource is obtained. A determination is made that adjusting the cloud computing resource from the present state configuration to the desired state configuration includes executing one or more operations classified as likely involving user confirmation. A workflow representation is generated for configuring the cloud computing resource from the present state configuration to the desired state configuration. The workflow representation identifies a hierarchical arrangement of tasks to be performed. A user interface is provided for output to a computing device.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 27, 2023Publication date: May 23, 2024Inventor: Jeremy Collins

Patent number: 11379102Abstract: In some implementations, a system is capable of dynamically adjusting the configuration of an application without requiring an entire application-wide update. For instance, the system can perform a dynamic application to vary the content provided for output on the application, the arrangement of content within a user interface of the application, techniques by which a user interacts with or accesses the content on the user interface, among others. In some instances, the system can process the dynamic updates while the application is running as an active process on a client device, or while the user is presently using the application. In addition, the system can execute the dynamic updates in manner to minimally disrupt user experiences associated with the application.Type: GrantFiled: October 24, 2016Date of Patent: July 5, 2022Assignee: Perfect Sense, Inc.Inventors: Todd Christopher Brannam, Robert Douglas Ward, David Gang, Hyoo Lim, Jeremy Collins

Patent number: 11032394Abstract: In some implementations, caching techniques may be employed by a web server that receives various requests from remotely-located client devices, retrieves requested results from an on-site database server, and transmits the results back to the client devices. These caching techniques generally relate to caching retrieved results at the web server such that the web server may be able to directly provide client devices with results without having to retrieve them from the database server every time a request is received. Application of these techniques may improve response times and provide back-end bandwidth savings.Type: GrantFiled: December 22, 2017Date of Patent: June 8, 2021Assignee: Perfect Sense, Inc.Inventors: Charles Teague, David Gang, Hyoo Lim, Jeremy Collins

Patent number: 8792699Abstract: A method for clinical parameter derivation and adaptive flow acquisition within a sequence of magnetic resonance images includes commencing an acquisition of a sequence of images. One or more landmarks are automatically detected from within one or more images of the sequence of images. The detected one or more landmarks are propagated across subsequent images of the sequence of images. A plane is fitted to the propagation of landmarks. The positions of landmarks or alternatively the position of the fitted plane within the sequence of images is used for derivation of clinical parameters such as tissue velocities and/or performing adaptive flow acquisitions to measure blood flow properties.Type: GrantFiled: September 22, 2011Date of Patent: July 29, 2014Assignees: Siemens AktiengesellschaftInventors: Christoph Guetter, Jens Gühring, Marie-Pierre Jolly, Xiaoguang Lu, Hui Xue, Jeremy Collins, Peter Weale

Publication number: 20090143650Abstract: A system for fetal position-independent, non-invasive fetal monitoring includes a plurality of disposable adhesive patches for placement on an expectant mother's upper and lower abdomen. Each of the patches includes one or more miniature electronic devices embedded within the adhesive patches to detect: (i) heart sounds of a fetus within the mother, (ii) heart sounds of the mother, and (iii) signals indicative of uterine contractions of the mother. A processing hub having a receiver to receive signals from the plurality of patches, wherein the processing hub receives and processes primary signal from the primary patch and the secondary signals from the secondary patches to triangulate the location of the fetus, cancel noise in the primary signal and increase the amplitude of the primary signal for more reliable reporting.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 20, 2008Publication date: June 4, 2009Inventors: Marie A.
