The cam lobes may be selectively rotatable between an extended state and a retracted state with respect to at least one axle of the head member. The connection system may create an elongated, substantially rigid region by intercoupling the head member with a loop. The connection system is configured to create an elongated partially rigid region by intercoupling the head member with a loop, wherein the connection system comprises a twisted cable coupled between the head member and the loop, and wherein the loop is oriented substantially parallel to the at least one axle, and wherein the twisted cable includes a twisting radial angle of at least 90 degrees.

The first release strap includes at least a first releasable connector in operative connection with the first releasable retainer so that actuation of the first release strap causes disconnection of the first releasable connector from operative connection with the first releasable retainer so that the first releasable retainer becomes disconnected from connection with the back plate and the back plate can be removed by a user while the waist belt assembly remains worn by the user.

Abstract: An attachable arrangement, including a plurality of straps removably attachable to a body of a user. The plurality of straps includes: at least one strap removably attachable around a first leg of the user; and at least one strap removably attachable around a second leg of the user. When attached, the at least one strap extends around the leg of the user in a direction of equal to or less than about 30° from a substantially horizontal line perpendicular to a substantially vertical axis extending down the leg of the user. A full body harness is also disclosed.

In a number of embodiments, each of the containers comprises a plurality of cells in fluid connection via a passageway.

Abstract: An attachable arrangement, including a plurality of straps removably attachable to a body of a user. The strap management apparatus includes: a substantially rigid member having a body with a first end and a second end; and at least one substantially elastic member operatively engaging the body of the rigid member and a portion of the at least one strap of the attachable arrangement; wherein the rigid member is configured to be urged away from the portion of the at least one strap, thereby creating a generally rectangular or trapezoidal opening through which the at least one free end of the at least one strap can be inserted.
