    Abstract: A method for tracking and supporting a blood transfusion to a patient. The method includes receiving, by a computing device, current blood product data that identifies a blood product being administered to the patient; updating a current ratio of blood products administered to the patient based on the current blood product data; comparing the current ratio of blood products administered to the patient to a target ratio of blood products to be provided to the patient; determining a next blood product to administer to the patient based on the comparison of the target ratio to the current ratio; and providing, by the computing device, an indication of the determined next blood product.
