    Abstract: The current application is directed to a multi-grip dumbbell. One example multi-grip dumbbell includes a central dumbbell handle, a first weighted head interconnected to the central dumbbell handle in proximity to a first end of the central dumbbell handle, and a second weighted head interconnected to the central dumbbell handle in proximity to a second end of the central dumbbell handle. The first weighted head has approximately the same weight as the second weighted head. The first weighted head includes a first end dumbbell handle and two side dumbbell handles. Similarly, the second weighted head includes a second end dumbbell handle and two side dumbbell handles.
