Abstract: An apparatus and method for consumption of at least one compound from a fluid are disclosed. A method, comprising: providing processed algae for subsequent use in accelerated consumption of at least one compound from a fluid to be treated by exposing algae to a processing fluid depleted in the at least one compound to be consumed by the algae in a processing vessel; adding said processed algae to a contact receptacle containing said fluid to be treated to reduce a concentration of said at least one compound from said fluid to be treated; and recirculating at least a portion of said algae and said processing fluid from said contact receptacle to said processing vessel. This makes the processed algae better adapted to reduce the amount or concentration of the at least one compound within the fluid more quickly than is possible with unprocessed algae.

Abstract: A method of identifying work at home users of a telecommunications network based on call detail records. The phone numbers of the work at home users are identified from call detail records that exhibit characteristics of work at home users. In one embodiment this involves selecting records describing calls to phone numbers of known Internet Service Providers; excluding records describing calls less than a predetermined length of time; excluding records containing originating numbers with records describing calls to an ISP that occur on weekends; and excluding records containing originating numbers with records describing calls to an ISP that occur outside normal business hours.

Abstract: A system and method for processing gathered call data from a network monitoring system to prepare the call data for analyzing call routing across a network, not limited to call data associated with the transit portion of a call path. The system and method include correlating call data to form a correlated set, ordering the call data in the correlated set to form a compound CDR, and enriching the compound CDR by comparing CDRs within the compound CDR to each other.
