  • Publication number: 20220408645
Abstract: An agricultural harvester has a frame and a spout that is mounted to the frame. A target landing point indicates a position in a receiving vehicle where material is intended to land. A control system detects an actual landing point and automatically controls the spout based on a difference between the actual landing point and the target landing point.

  • Publication number: 20220410704
Abstract: An automatic fill control system on a material loading vehicle generates an output indicative of a current fill level of a receiving vehicle into which the material loading vehicle is loading material. A fill level processing system generates a fill parameter indicative of when the receiving vehicle will reach a target capacity. The fill parameter is communicated to a mobile application on a mobile device in a receiving vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20220361404
Abstract: A detector detects an overall fill level of a receiving vehicle. A mobile device on the receiving vehicle includes a mobile application that receives and displays the overall fill level of the receiving vehicle. The overall fill level can be overlaid on a geographic map that shows locations of multiple receiving vehicles, in which case an overall fill level indicator for each receiving vehicle is displayed on the geographic map as well.

  • Publication number: 20220304231
Abstract: A fill control system on a harvester detects that a receiving vehicle is to be repositioned relative to the harvester. The fill control system generates a signal indicative of how the receiving vehicle is to be repositioned relative to the harvester. The harvester sends the signal to a mobile device that is remote from the harvester. A mobile device receives an indication from a fill control system on a harvester that indicates how a receiving vehicle is to be repositioned relative to the harvester. The mobile device controls a user interface mechanism to generate an output indicating how the receiving vehicle is to be repositioned relative to the harvester.

  • Patent number: 11452253
Abstract: A crop windrow monitoring system includes an image sensor positioned to include a field of view facing a rearward direction of a power unit, and a visual monitor operable to display an image. A computing device is operable to determine an intended direction of movement of the power unit. The image is displayed on the visual monitor in a first mode having a first magnification when the intended direction of movement includes the rearward direction. The image is displayed on the visual monitor in a second mode having a second magnification and overlaid with indicia indicating a width of the windrow when the intended direction of movement includes the forward direction. • Publication number: 20220287239
Abstract: An agricultural harvester has a frame and a spout that is mounted to the frame. A display shows a representation of harvested crop in a receiving vessel. A control system detects an operator input selecting a portion of the receiving vessel and automatically controls a fill control system to being filling the receiving vessel, at the selected portions of the receiving vessel, with harvested material.

  • Publication number: 20220256770
Abstract: An agricultural harvester has a frame and a spout that is movably mounted relative to the frame. A spout actuator drives movement of the spout relative to the frame based on a spout actuator control signal. Harvesting functionality engages material from a field and delivers the material through an outlet end of the spout as the agricultural harvester moves through the field in a direction of travel. A turn identifier identifies a location of a turn forward of the agricultural harvester in the direction of travel and generates a turn location indicator indicative of the location of the turn. A speed detector detects a speed of the agricultural harvester and generates a speed indicator indicative of the detected speed.

  • Patent number: 11390263
Abstract: A sensor detects a variable indicative of a position of a receiving vehicle relative to a harvester during a harvester operation in which a material conveyance subsystem on the harvester is conveying harvested material to the receiving vehicle. If the receiving vehicle is in a compromised position in which it is out of range of the material conveyance subsystem or is about to be out of range, then a control signal is generated that can alert the operator of the harvester, automatically control harvester speed, or perform other control operations.

  • Publication number: 20210337729
Abstract: A camera captures an image of a portion of a cart and accesses stored maps that map visual features of carts to a set of settings that are applied to an automatic fill control system. A map that matches visual features of the cart, in the captured image, is identified and the settings in that map are applied to the automatic fill control system.

  • Patent number: 10618361
Abstract: A hitch mount assembly includes a drawbar receiver with a drawbar cavity and a pin opening and a pin removably received within the pin opening. A latch that is supported for movement between a first position and a second position. The latch, in the first position, is configured to engage the pin and retain the pin in a retracted position. The latch, in the second position, is configured to disengage the pin and release the pin for movement of the pin from the retracted position to the extended position. Furthermore, the hitch mount assembly includes a biasing member that biases the latch toward the first position and a pin rest configured to support the pin when the latch is in the second position. The pin rest is configured to release the pin as the latch biases from the second position to the first position and engages the pin.

  • Patent number: 10556472
Abstract: A pin-drop hitch mount assembly includes a drawbar receiver that defines a drawbar cavity and a pin opening that is open to the drawbar cavity. The assembly also includes a pin that is supported for movement within the pin opening between first and second unhitched positions and a hitched position. The hitch mount assembly further includes a latch that is supported for movement relative to the drawbar receiver between a first position, an intermediate position, and a second position. The latch, in the first position, engages and supports the pin in the first unhitched position. The latch, in the second position, disengages the pin for movement toward the hitched position. The hitch mount assembly includes a biasing member that biases the latch from the intermediate position toward the first position to return the pin to the first unhitched position as the drawbar moves out of the drawbar cavity.
