Abstract: This disclosure relates to a system and method for mass notifying recent visitors to a location. In one embodiment, the mass notification method can comprise collecting at a registration point, contact information from one or more visitors to a facility. The method can further comprise storing the contact information and a check-in time in a profile in a mass notification server memory. The method can further comprise sending a notification message in response to an emergency and as a part of a mass notification, to the contact information within each of the profiles containing a check-in time that is earlier than a mass notification time by not more than a predetermined period of time.

Abstract: An improved system and method for interfacing military records with pass control is described herein. In one embodiment, a method of associating military records for pass control can comprise creating one or more driver profiles in a military installation memory on a military installation server. Each of the driver profile can comprise identification information and a driving record. The driving record can comprise a driver permission status. Additionally, the method can also comprise the step of sharing with a pass control application server at least a portion of the driver identification information related to each driver profile wherein the driver permission status comprises a revocation. Further the method can comprise the step of storing in the memory the military base driving revocation associated with the driver.

Abstract: A system and method for reducing network congestion related to a mass notification is described herein. Specifically, mass notification system can comprise a memory that stores an application, a predetermined threshold, and a plurality of contacts that comprise location data. The mass notification system can further comprise a processor that, at the direction of said application, delivers said one or more messages to a first portion of said contacts comprising a common location data at a rate, determines a delivery success rate for said first portion of said contacts, compares said deliver success rate to said predetermined threshold, adjusts said rate, and delivers said one or more messages to a second portion of said contacts at said adjusted rate.

Abstract: A system and method for providing warnings and directives based upon gunfire detection is described herein. Specifically, gunfire detection system can comprise a memory that stores an application, and a one or more zone plans, wherein said zone plan comprises directives relating to a one or more output devices spanning across a monitored area comprising a one or more zones. The gunfire detection system can further comprise a processor that, at the direction of said application, determines whether gunfire has occurred and a location associated with said gunfire, and implements one of said zone plans based on said location.

Abstract: A system and method for processing a citation is disclosed herein. In particular, the method comprises receiving from a mobile citation device a citation record related to a citation issued to a violator, recording to a storage device the citation record, transmitting to a citation officer computer a first portion of the citation record, receiving a citation officer disposition data from the citation officer computer, wherein the citation officer disposition data is added to the citation record.

Abstract: A method and system for processing a citation are disclosed. Specifically, a method for processing a citation can include receiving from a mobile citation device a citation record related to a citation issued to a violator. Further, a citation, comprising at least a portion of the citation record and fields to be completed by the Supervisor can be sent to a Supervisor of the violator. Further, the citation completed by the Supervisor can be received and information in the fields completed by the Supervisor can be captured.

Specifically, a citation record is received by a server from a mobile citation device, a citation history is transmitted from the server to a computer, a citation disposition record related to the citation record by is received the server, and the citation record and the citation disposition record is stored in a storage device.
