Publication number: 20240119383Abstract: An orchestration system of or otherwise available to a web platform centralizes the execution of workflow components of a workflow associated with a job posting hosted by the web platform using various software services internal and/or external to the web platform. The workflow components and attributes thereof are determined based on the job posting. Domain-specific language (DSL) instructions for the various workflow components are generated. First DSL instructions are invoked by the orchestration system to cause an execution of a first workflow component of the workflow by a first software service. The orchestration system obtains an output of the first workflow component, such as values of relevant attributes, and, based on the output and in some cases information derived other than from the first workflow component, invokes next DSL instructions to cause an execution of a next workflow component of the workflow by another software service.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 10, 2022Publication date: April 11, 2024Inventors: John Bowers, Xiqian Han, Quanzheng Long, Jacob Lucas, Russel Mommaerts, Jeremy Spencer, Hemant Tanwar, David Thrift, Adam Ullrich, Christopher Valencia

Publication number: 20160055256Abstract: In a system for enabling a user to access a product or service, resources for accessing the product or service, such as apps on a user device, are explored in a specified order. A relatively lower priority resource is not explored until it is determined that all higher priority resources are unavailable. Within the content corresponding to an available resource, the user can be readily directed to the portion of the content that is associated with the particular product or service.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 19, 2014Publication date: February 25, 2016Inventors: Andrew Look, Greg Bowyer, Andrew Goldstein, Joe Isaacson, David Lee, Jeremy Lucas, John Milinovich, Manan Patel, Chris Sell, Parth Shah, Nathanael Smith, Sujeeth, James Turner, Neal Wiggins

Patent number: 9108686Abstract: An air guide assembly for a vehicle includes an air guide depending from an underside of the vehicle and an air guide extension contiguously disposed at one lateral end of the air guide. The air guide extension includes a tab received through a tab aperture defined in the air guide. The tab includes a tab feature facilitating sliding movement of the tab relative to the tab aperture due to an external force being applied to one of the air guide and the air guide extension.Type: GrantFiled: November 26, 2013Date of Patent: August 18, 2015Assignee: Honda Motor Co., Ltd.Inventors: Ryan L. Kabbes, Matthew W. Wolfe, Nicholas Goldsberry, S. Don Gibson, Jr., Michael J. Kralik, Jeremy Lucas

Patent number: 7823863Abstract: A spare tire hoist may be provided. A retention cable may be used to retain a spare tire against a surface of a motor vehicle. A tensioning spring may be used to tension the retention cable when the spare tire is in a storage position. A wheel plate engages the spare tire and cooperates with the retention cable and the tensioning spring to maintain the spare tire in the storage position. The wheel plate may include an insert portion that engages a center aperture of a wheel rim of the spare tire. A flange portion that substantially surrounds the insert portion and engages a peripheral surface of the wheel rim may also be provided. A reinforcement ring may be included in the wheel plate, substantially coextensive with the insert portion and extending within a substantially hollow region of the flange portion. The reinforcement ring may provide mechanical reinforcement to the wheel plate.Type: GrantFiled: April 4, 2008Date of Patent: November 2, 2010Assignee: Honda Motor Co., Ltd.Inventors: Jeremy Lucas, Christopher Dendis, James H. Nazarian, Jr., Robb Augustine
