  • Patent number: 11928451
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer programming products for dynamically managing the uninstallation and/or re-installation of software applications stored or accessed by a computing system, including mobile devices. Management of the applications by the system can be periodically managed automatically or based on recommendations. Management of applications being uninstalled or reinstalled may be determined based on a rate a user accesses the application and/or data published or accessible by an application storefront, such as user reviews, storefront rankings, user feedback and uninstallation rates of the applications by other users. Applications experiencing a decreased level of average user satisfaction below a predetermined threshold can be proposed for deletion or automatically deleted. Replacement of underperforming or unsatisfactory applications with alternative applications having similar functionality but a higher rate of user satisfaction can be recommended or installed.

  • Patent number: 11929839
Abstract: Machine-learning-based determination of event stability is provided to facilitate loose coupling of event coordination systems. The method includes training a machine learning model to determine stability of events of an event coordination system based on a plurality of attributes of the events, and using the machine learning model to determine an event stability for an event of the event coordination system. Further, the method includes comparing the determined event stability for the event to a stability threshold, and determining that the event is a stable event based on the event stability extending the stability threshold. Based on determining that the event is the stable event, the stable event is propagated from the event coordination system to another event coordination system.

  • Publication number: 20240070730
Abstract: Using a trained neural network to transform user ratings into standardized user ratings is provided. Respective attribute-based leniency and strictness rating scores are generated for a plurality of attributes associated with a product category using the trained neural network based on historical user ratings of products in the product category. A set of attributes associated with a product included in the product category is identified. An overall leniency and strictness rating score is determined for the product using the trained neural network based on a set of attribute-based leniency and strictness rating scores for the set of attributes associated with the product included in the product category. A user rating of the product is received. The user rating of the product is adjusted based on the overall leniency and strictness rating score for the product included in the product category to form a standardized user rating for the product.

  • Publication number: 20240073365
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to web conference contact routing. An indication of a first participant device of a web conference attempting to contact a second participant device of the web conference can be received, where the second participant device is designated as a screen sharer within the web conference during a time of the contact and where the contact is configured to be received on a display shared in the web conference. Two or more candidate devices for routing the contact from the first participant device to can be identified. A candidate device of the two or more candidate devices for routing the contact from the first participant device to can be selected using a set of selection criteria. • Patent number: 11914650
Abstract: The present invention may have a computer that monitors conversation between a user and a first virtual assistant from a plurality of virtual assistants, for a confidence score value being below a confidence threshold value, where the confidence score value is associated with each answer of the first virtual assistant. When the computer determines the confidence score value is below the confidence threshold value, the computer generates a dialog flow for answering by a second virtual assistant, where the dialog flow is related to an answer associated with the confidence score value being below the confidence threshold value. Then, based on determining the second virtual assistant having a second confidence score value that is higher than the confidence score value, the computer transfers a knowledge base data of a topic associated with the dialog flow from the first virtual assistant to the second virtual assistant.

  • Patent number: 11916863
Abstract: In an approach, a processor monitors messaging data between a plurality of users from a first collaboration application. A processor identifies an unanswered message within the first messaging data. A processor, subsequent to identifying the unanswered message, identifies that the plurality of users attends a collaborative session. A processor captures a second messaging data of the collaborative session. A processor determines that the second messaging data contains subject matter that meets a threshold of similarity to the unanswered message. A processor annotates the unanswered message.

  • Publication number: 20240061690
Abstract: A computer-implemented method according to one embodiment includes embedding natural language processing (NLP) and/or user action capture into a browser to monitor a user's intent when navigating web page(s) within the browser. An indication of a navigation to a first web page via the browser is received and it is determined whether a first action attempted to be taken on the first web page matches the user's intent. In response to a determination that the first action attempted to be taken on the first web page does not match the user's intent, an intent-based blocking action is issued to prevent the first action on the first web page. A computer program product according to another embodiment includes a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith. The program instructions are readable and/or executable by a computer to cause the computer to perform the foregoing method.
