  • Patent number: 12083280
Abstract: A headgear for a respiratory mask has first and second straps configured to be connected to each other by first and second buckles. The straps are configured to overlap in a region that contacts the rear of a user's head. The overlapping regions of the first and second straps can be positioned in a bifurcated configuration to improve stability on a user's head. The first and second buckles can feature a glider end through which one of the first and second straps can slide and a strap attachment end to which the other strap is permanently connected. In some embodiments, the first and second buckles have two components that are pivotally connected to allow adjustment of the headgear size whilst in a bifurcated configuration.

  • Patent number: 11627650
Abstract: An intelligent sensor-activated light control device including at least one ambient light sensor is described herein. In one exemplary, non-limiting embodiment, the motion is detected via one or more motion sensors. An ambient light level is then determined using one or more ambient light sensors, and a light control device causes light to be output at an output light level associated with the determined ambient light level. In one embodiment, the output light level is further determined based on a current time interval during with which the motion is detected.

  • Publication number: 20220327252
Abstract: A method and system for computer aided design, (e.g., of products and other items), are disclosed herein. The method may include receiving a CAD model having a behavior defined by a plurality of relationships, receiving a user operation to edit a seed feature in the CAD model, and identifying a set of problem relationships from the plurality of relationships, wherein the set of problem relationships prevent implementation of the received user operation to the received CAD model. A category for each relationship in the set of problem relationships is selected. The behavior of the CAD model is reconfigured based on the selected category for each problem relationship by retaining any user-defined relationships, optionally retaining any optional relationships, and ignoring any relaxed relationships. The user operation is then performed according to the reconfigured behavior to produce a modified CAD model.

  • Patent number: 11392726
Abstract: A method of automatically identifying a network of geometries is performed on a data processing system. The method includes receiving one or more geometries having all or part of a network of geometries; recognizing adjacent tangencies to automatically identify another geometry in the network, or to determine that each geometry is connected to its neighbor through adjacent tangencies; repeating the recognition step until all geometries forming the network of geometries have been determined; and labelling the identified network as a slotdog.

  • Patent number: 10360312
Abstract: Methods for identifying geometric clones in a modelling system, or simulating modifications to construction of a multi-part product and corresponding data processing systems and computer readable media. A method includes choosing a template of a geometric form and generating and storing a map of the template, identifying a candidate geometric form in the system and exploring the identified candidate geometric form from a start point until returning to the start point or reaching a branch. The method includes generating a map of the explored candidate geometric form, comparing the map of the explored candidate geometric form with the map of the template and labelling the candidate geometric form as a clone if it matches a predetermined portion of the template.

  • Publication number: 20180292335
Abstract: A foodstuff item characteristic detection system (10) comprising: a magnetic resonance imaging, MRI, apparatus (12); a conveyor (14,16,18) for conveying a plurality of foodstuff items (11) such that the foodstuff items are imaged by the MRI apparatus (12) to produce MRI image data; and a computer configured to process the process the MRI image data to enhance the image data such that a predetermined foodstuff item characteristic is identifiable. The system (10) is configured such that, in use, a plurality of foodstuff items (11) are conveyed by the conveyor (14,16,18) such that all of the foodstuff items (11) are imaged by the MRI apparatus (12) to produce MRI image data and the MRI image data is processed by the computer to enhance the MRI image data such that the predetermined foodstuff item characteristic is identifiable.

  • Publication number: 20160328496
Abstract: Methods for simulating modifications to construction of a part of a multi-part product, or editing a model, corresponding data processing systems and computer readable media. A method of includes identifying one or more regions of interest in the model and separating the one or more regions from the model to form a separated region and a base model. The method includes applying a change to the separated region to form a changed separated region; re-connecting the changed separated region to the base model to form a changed model; and outputting the resulting topology.
