    Abstract: A system and a method for assisting homoeopathic practitioners in case taking and analyzing the symptoms to facilitate the perception of themes and patterns, and to guide practitioners towards selection of the most correct rubric(s), rubric combinations and remedies. Preferably, the present invention is capable of presenting a plurality of potential rubrics to the practitioner, more preferably with differential weighting according to the likelihood of a potential rubric or particular rubrics to be correct. Optionally and most preferably, the present invention is capable of assisting and guiding the homoeopathic practitioner throughout the entire homoeopathic process, including case taking, analyzing and synthesizing information, selecting the most preferred or correct group of rubrics, selecting a remedy and potency which is most appropriate to the case synthesis, performing follow-up and long term case management.
