The connection system is configured to create an elongated partially rigid region by intercoupling the head member with a loop, wherein the connection system comprises a twisted cable coupled between the head member and the loop, and wherein the loop is oriented substantially parallel to the at least one axle, and wherein the twisted cable includes a twisting radial angle of at least 90 degrees.

The plurality of straps includes: at least one strap removably attachable around a first leg of the user; and at least one strap removably attachable around a second leg of the user. When attached, the at least one strap extends around the leg of the user in a direction of equal to or less than about 30° from a substantially horizontal line perpendicular to a substantially vertical axis extending down the leg of the user.
