Patent number: 12353590Abstract: A computing system that facilitates execution of protocol for requesting data from one or more data owners. The protocol may specify an execution graph for performing operations collect the requested data. The execution graph may be comprised of execution graph nodes specifying operations such as accessing a database, querying the database, and scrubbing the resulting data of sensitive information. An execution graph may be agreed upon and stored on a blockchain. Storing the execution graph on the blockchain ensures a validated consensus among parties, such as the data owners, for the operations defined within the execution graph. The protocol may include requests for data from multiple data owners. The data received from each data owner may be aggregated. Rules may require the aggregated data meet certain requirements before release such as removing sensitive information or a minimum number of data records to prevent exposure of private data.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2021Date of Patent: July 8, 2025Assignee: Via Science, Inc.Inventors: Jeremy Taylor, John Christopher Muddle, Jesús Alejandro Cárdenes Cabré, Ashley DaSilva, Madjid Aoudia

Publication number: 20250156522Abstract: A system may certify that an image originated from a particular camera. A camera operator may register a camera by providing a public key and images captured using the camera and digitally signed with a corresponding private key. The system may train a machine learning model to identify image features resulting from physical characteristics of the camera. The system may subsequently receive a request to certify an image accompanied by the public key. The system may retrieve the model using the public key and determine a probability that the image originated from the camera. The system may compute a zero-knowledge proof that the image was certified so that the model itself need not be exposed. The system may defend against adversarial attacks that flood the system with manipulated duplicate images in an attempt to trick the model by rejecting images insufficiently different from other recently received images.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 12, 2024Publication date: May 15, 2025Inventors: Jesús Alejandro Cárdenes Cabré, Colin Gounden, Madjid Aoudia, Jeremy Taylor
