  • Publication number: 20160357931
Abstract: A computerized health behavior reward system and method is disclosed. Engagement of rewards program members is based on rewards for participation in a variety of health activities. Health activities are recommended to members based on demographic and health profile information and include general health activities such as participation in fitness programs as well as disease management and clinical programs, educational campaigns, online, interactive, and social networking activities, and community based activities. Each activity may relate to a particular participation event so that members are rewarded for enrolling in a program as well as for ongoing participation. Members earn points for each health activity in which they participate. The points are accumulated in a rewards account accessible from a web site portal and can be redeemed.

  • Patent number: 9195116
Abstract: Systems and methods for focus control in a pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera system are described herein. An example of a method described herein includes identifying a set of trace curves associated with the camera system, each of the trace curves specifying relationships between focus lens positions and zoom lens positions for a corresponding camera position, selecting a trace curve using the set of trace curves and one or more of pan angle, tilt angle or installation height of the camera system, and identifying a focus lens position for a current zooming factor of the camera system based on the selected trace curve.

  • Publication number: 20080041414
Abstract: The invention relates to the cleaning of a pump used to evacuate a semiconductor process tool. During use of the pump, a reactant such as NF3 is introduced into a foreline extending between the tool and the pump. A plasma generator located within the foreline generates from the NF3 fluorine and/or fluorine radicals for cleaning the pump as they are conveyed therethrough.

  • Publication number: 20060228272
Abstract: A purifier is described for use in a gas processing application. The purifier comprises a chamber having a gas inlet and a gas outlet. A series of baffles are arranged in the chamber and coated with a getter material selected for its ability to react with species to be removed from a gas stream and form stable compounds. The chamber also houses a source of the getter material, which is periodically activated to refresh the coating of getter material on the baffles.

  • Tap
    Patent number: 6722624
Abstract: A tap for a urine drainage system, having a body, a lever and a barrel with a through bore which is mounted in the body for rotation between a position for through flow of liquid and a position which obturates fluid flow. The lever is mounted directly on the body for reversible rotation therearound, the arrangement being such that, on rotation of the lever, the barrel is movable between the two positions.

  • Patent number: 5851761
Abstract: The invention provides nucleotide probes, kits and methods for the detection and differentiation of Mycobacteria. The gene probes, kits and methods are useful for the diagnosis of tuberculosis and/or for epidemiological study tools for investigating the progress of infections caused by Mycobacteria. The gene probes as provided comprise part or all of nucleotide sequences provided in the soecification or an allele or a derivative of the nucleotide sequences. The gene probes can distinguish between M.tuberculosis, M.bovis and BCG as well as being able to distinguish between different strains of M.tuberculosis. The probes do not show significant hybridisation to nucleic acids from M.paratuberculosis, M.intracellulare, M.scrofulaceum, M.phlei, M.fortuitum, M.kansasii, M.avium, M.malnioense. M.flavescens, M.gordonae and M.chelonei.
