Patent number: 12221299Abstract: A system includes a base configured to be positioned on a ground. The base includes a funnel configured to be positioned under a knife gate. The base also includes a first conveyor positioned under the funnel. The funnel is configured to direct a material from the knife gate onto a middle portion of the first conveyor. The system also includes a derrick having a first end that is coupled to the base. The derrick includes a second conveyor configured to receive the material from the first conveyor and to convey the material upward when the system is in an unfolded state. The derrick also includes a drum motor positioned proximate to an end of the derrick and configured to provide power to the second conveyor. The system also includes a first arm having a first end that is coupled to the end of the derrick.Type: GrantFiled: February 22, 2024Date of Patent: February 11, 2025Assignee: SOLARIS OILFIELD SITE SERVICES OPERATING LLCInventors: Jeremy Weinstein, Scott Lambert, Jeffrey Martinez

Publication number: 20250009441Abstract: Surgical systems and methods involve a head-mounted device (HMD) and navigation system that includes a localizer to track a pose of a surgical object. The HMD includes a display positionable in front of the eyes of a user and an input device to sense a command of the user. The HMD enables the surgical object to be observed on, or through, the display. The HMD presents a virtual model of the surgical object on the display. The HMD senses, with the input device, the command of the user to manipulate the virtual model into alignment with the surgical object. Controller(s) coupled to one or both of the navigation system and the HMD co-register the virtual model and the surgical object in response to detection of alignment between the virtual model and the surgical object.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 24, 2024Publication date: January 9, 2025Applicant: MAKO Surgical Corp.Inventors: Jeremy Weinstein, Andrei Danilchenko, José Luis Moctezuma de la Barrera

Patent number: 11858760Abstract: A system includes a base configured to be positioned on a ground. The base includes a first conveyor configured to convey a granular material. The system also includes a derrick coupled to the base. The derrick is configured to be oriented substantially horizontally when the system is in a folded state. The derrick is configured to be oriented substantially vertically when the system is in an unfolded state. The derrick includes a second conveyor configured to receive the granular material from the first conveyor and to convey the granular material. The system also includes a first arm coupled to the derrick. The first arm includes a third conveyor configured to receive the granular material from the second conveyor and to convey the granular material.Type: GrantFiled: May 30, 2023Date of Patent: January 2, 2024Assignee: SOLARIS OILFIELD SITE SERVICES OPERATING LLCInventors: Jeremy Weinstein, Scott Lambert, Jeffrey Martinez

Publication number: 20230310092Abstract: A mixed reality system includes a head-mounted device (HMD) having an HMD coordinate system and a camera to capture images. A localizer has a localizer coordinate system and position sensors supported by a housing to track a pose of a real object. Registration markers are configured to be recognized from the captured images of the camera of the HMD. The registration markers are disposed on the housing of the localizer in a predetermined spatial relationship with respect to the localizer coordinate system. At least one controller is configured to utilize the registration markers recognized from the captured images to register the localizer coordinate system and the HMD coordinate system.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 5, 2023Publication date: October 5, 2023Applicant: MAKO Surgical Corp.Inventors: Jeremy Weinstein, Andrei Danilchenko, José Luis Moctezuma de la Barrera

Patent number: 11707330Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and techniques for registering a HMD coordinate system of a head-mounted display (HMD) and a localizer coordinate system of a surgical navigation localizer. A camera of the HMD captures at least one image of a registration device having a registration coordinate system and a plurality of registration markers. The registration markers are analyzed in the at least one image to determine a pose of the HMD coordinate system relative to the registration coordinate system. One or more position sensors comprised in the localizer detect a plurality of tracking markers comprised in the registration device to determine a pose of the registration coordinate system relative to the localizer coordinate system. The HMD coordinate system and the localizer coordinate system are registered using the registration device, wherein positions of the registration markers are known with respect to positions of the tracking markers in the registration coordinate system.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 2019Date of Patent: July 25, 2023Assignee: MAKO Surgical Corp.Inventors: Jeremy Weinstein, Andrei Danilchenko, Jose Luis Moctezuma de la Barrera

Publication number: 20080257449Abstract: Oil wells may be fracture treated on-site in order to stimulate production. Such fracture treatment may be performed using a portable blender tub to mix fracturing fluid, proppant, and dry chemical additive into an injection slurry. A mechanical conveyance device may be adjustably attached to the portable blender tub, so that in its first position it is stowed for transport, while in its second position it is deployed for operation. When deployed, the mechanical conveyance device may mechanically convey and meter dry chemical additive into the blender tub, allowing a handler to feed and meter dry chemical additive while standing on the ground. This allows for improved safety and efficiency in fracture treating a wellbore.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 17, 2007Publication date: October 23, 2008Applicant: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventors: Jeremy Weinstein, Wesley J.
