    Abstract: A method for monitoring for a new fine includes receiving, by a first computing device, a user identifier and credit card information associated with the user identifier. The method includes transmitting, by the first computing device, the user identifier to a second computing device associated with a ticketing authority. The method includes receiving, by the first computing device, an indication that no fine is associated with the user identifier. The method includes retransmitting, by the first computing device, to the second computing device, the user identifier. The method includes receiving, by the first computing device, from the second computing device, data identifying a fine owed by a user associated with the user identifier. The method includes automatically paying the fine, by the first computing device, with the credit card information, for the user associated with the user identifier.
