    Abstract: Devices for selectively inhibiting the closure of doors, methods of manufacturing such devices, and methods of installing such devices are disclosed herein. The doors can include a distal surface and a handle proximate to the distal surface. In one embodiment, a device includes a first portion configured to be removably attached to the handle of the door, and a second portion projecting from the first portion. The second portion is sized and configured to be positioned at the distal surface of the door to inhibit closure of the door.
