    Abstract: The invention proposes a method of controlling a network to which a communication device is connected, comprising the steps of obtaining (S13) connection capability information from the network and evaluating (S14) a connection service based on to the obtained connection capability information. The invention also proposes a correspondingly adapted communication device. Thus, network capabilities related failures may be eliminated since the communication device is aware of the relevant connection capabilities in the network etc.
