Abstract: A guide arm machine includes a guide arm and an equipment holder attached to the guide arm. The equipment holder is optimized to hold a sports equipment item. The guide arm is attached to a shaft so that the shaft defines a rotation axis around which the guide arm rotates. An adjustable main beam whose position is adjustable with respect to a stationary anchor, so that when the sports equipment item is held by the equipment holder and a position of the adjustable main beam is appropriately adjusted, rotation of the guide arm around the guide arm guides an athlete holding the equipment holder item into a desired motion that trains the athlete in efficient use of the sports equipment item.

Abstract: A device for transmitting torque produced by a cylinder, includes two combination spline shaft members hingedly connected at the inward spline ends thereof to a double acting cylinder member within a shaft guided hollow tube member. Said combination spline shaft members are, operative reciprocatively and counter torsionally, against key embodied effectual connection members meshed thereon when, said cylinder member is reciprocatively enabled and said effectual connection members are firmly held.

Abstract: The free ranging press allows a hydraulic jack to exert a workforce pressure simultaneously in two directions, by dividing the force and then recombining the force. By positioning the jack between a crossbeam of the movable press frame and the movable press platen both the jack rod and jack housing are capable of moving in concert to thereby reclaim profitable workforce pressure.

Abstract: A mechanism for transmitting force produced by a cylinder includes fulcra (5) and linkages (22) pivotally connected at one of their ends to the fulcra (5). The linkages (22) are pivotally connected at the other of their ends to an anchor block (15). The cylinder is pivotally mounted on the anchor block (15). The anchor block (15) moves on rollers (22) along tram guides (11) during the work stroke of the cylinder. The tram guides (11) have slots through which pivotal connecting means (18) extend. The pivotal connecting means (18) are connected to the one end of the linkages (22).
