    Abstract: The security element comprises a background (1) with juxtaposed geometrical elements (2 to 8) each formed by a set of lines, the lines of a geometrical element having a different angle to those of an adjacent element. The lines of a part of the geometric elements are printed with a conventional ink and the lines of other parts of the geometrical elements are printed with an ink having metallic characteristics.
