    Abstract: The present disclosure provides techniques for managing association identifier (AID) assignment in enhanced data privacy (EDP) operation. An access point (AP) establishes a wireless communications link with a station, comprising receiving an association request frame from the wireless station, assigning the station to an EDP group, generating a first list of N AIDs for the station, each of the N AIDs to be used in a corresponding epoch of N epochs associated with the EDP group, and transmitting an association response frame to the station, where the response frame comprises information indicating the assigned EDP group and the first list of N AIDs for the wireless station. The AP maintains the wireless communications link with the wireless station based at least in part on the timing information for randomized MAC address rotation for the EDP group, comprising using each AID in the list of N AIDs during corresponding epochs.

    Abstract: Devices, systems, methods, and processes for hybrid line-of-sight (LOS) / non-line of sight (NLOS) detection are described herein. To facilitate co-existence and co-operation of a fixed network and a wireless network sharing a same frequency band without interference, a device in the wireless network can be configured to perform automatic frequency coordination (AFC). The device can accurately determine a geolocation of the device by utilizing global navigation satellite system (GNSS) data and light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data. The device can also determine whether the fixed station is in the LOS by utilizing the GNSS data and the LiDAR data. The device can further correct the geolocation and improve an accuracy of the LOS / NLOS detection by using both: the GNSS data and the LiDAR data simultaneously. The device can further control an output power when the fixed station is in the LOS, thereby avoiding the interference.

The onboarding of the BKD to a WLAN may occur after discovery of the BKD at an AP and includes replacing an Initial Device Identifier (IDevID) on the BKD with a Local Device Identifier (LDevID) in order to provide for secure communications between the BKD and the WLAN.

A device can initiate a ranging procedure with a reference device for synchronizing a clock signal of the device. The device can also synchronize the clock signal based on detection of ambient interference events. The device may also receive Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data from a satellite and determine a pseudo range for the corresponding satellite based on the synchronized clock signal. The location engine may aggregate the GNSS data received from a plurality of devices and determine a geolocation of the plurality of devices based on the aggregated GNSS data.

The logic applies a linear interpolation algorithm to reconstruct data gaps resulting from reduced sampling frequencies.     Abstract: Systems and methods for multi-modal occupancy detection using active asset tags are described that utilize existing network infrastructure and battery-powered tags to perform environmental sensing without dedicated motion sensors. An active asset tag equipped with an accelerometer and wireless transceivers monitors its physical state to distinguish between self-motion and environmental occupancy. When stationary, the tag analyzes signal characteristics, such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) attenuation or Ultra-Wideband (UWB) channel impulse responses, using an onboard artificial intelligence engine to detect human presence. The system also employs a bistatic radar framework where access points measure multipath reflections from tag transmissions to locate and count occupants. To optimize power consumption, a hybrid sensing logic utilizes low-power BLE scanning to trigger high-precision UWB ranging only when anomalies are detected.
