Abstract: A needle ejector apparatus to be used for removing a needle from a blood sample vacuum tube container, the apparatus being structurally adapted to receive a vacuum tube container and attached needle therein whereupon the downward depression of a push rod on the apparatus causes an engaging means to grasp a rubber cap on the needle located within the interior of the vacuum tube container. Further depression of the push rod causes rotation of a head structure and attached engaging means thereby enabling separation and ejection of the needle from the vacuum tube container after use without the necessity of the needle being touched by medical personnel. Danger of contamination by inadvertent puncture when removing the needle from the vacuum tube container is thereby eliminated.

Abstract: A needle ejector structure to be used with a syringe and structurally adapted to be removably inserted therein and driven into driving, disengaging relation to a connected hub portion of a needle upon forced travel of the plunger associated with the syringe thereby enabling separation and ejection of the needle from the syringe after use without the necessity of the needle or hub portion thereof being touched by medical personnel. Danger of contamination by inadvertent puncture when removing the needle is thereby eliminated.

Abstract: A vehicle trailer of the fifth wheel type particularly adapted for attachment to a light towing vehicle such as a pickup truck. The trailer body includes front, rear, and sidewalls and a floor which slopes downwardly to the rear of said trailer body at a substantial angle. The trailer includes a chassis supporting the trailer body, and the chassis includes chassis rails disposed beneath and parallel to the trailer floor. These chassis rails include an upper, forward portion and a lower, rearward portion and a wheel mounting sub-frame disposed beneath the lower, rearward portion of said chassis rails. The attachment arrangement includes a tongue having a rear portion thereof attached to and extending forwardly from the upper, forward portion of said chassis rails, and a tube or the like extending downwardly from a forward portion of the tongue for engaging a fifth wheel or ball on the bed of the towing vehicle.
