  • Patent number: 10273981
Abstract: The invention relates to a master cylinder for an actuating device of a clutch or a brake of a motor vehicle, including a cylinder housing having a pressure cylinder section, as well as a piston mounted movable relative to the cylinder housing, wherein the piston is arranged inside the pressure cylinder section in an actuation state in order to control a fluid pressure in a fluidically sealed pressure chamber by a sealing device on the piston side, and is arranged in a pressureless state such that the pressure cylinder section is fluidically connected to a retention system, wherein a seal of the sealing device is configured, and attached to the piston, such that it rests on a seal protection area of a stop element at least in a parking position in the pressureless state; as well as a method for mounting such a master cylinder.

  • Patent number: 9890855
Abstract: An actuating device for the selection and/or actuation of a gear ratio of a motor vehicle transmission and for engaging and/or disengaging a motor vehicle clutch, having a drive motor which drives a drive shaft that is connectible non-rotatingly to a gear selector drum of a transmission actuating device to move and/or rotate the gear selector drum, the gear selector drum also being connected to a transmission, and having a clutch actuating device which controls a release bearing of a clutch, wherein a master cylinder of the clutch actuating device, which is connected hydraulically to a slave cylinder that moves the release bearing, is actuatable depending on the position of the drive shaft, wherein an actuating segment which protrudes in the radial direction from the drive shaft is connected non-rotatingly to the drive shaft and the actuating segment actuates the master cylinder when the drive shaft is rotated in at least one direction of rotation, as well as to a drivetrain having such an actuating device is

  • Publication number: 20170152941
Abstract: A transmission actuator has gear steps for forming gears and a selector shaft supported rotatably for shifting gears and supported axially movably for selecting gears. The actuator has a gate with a fixed first gate part and an axially movable and rotatable second gate part, the one gate part having slots and lands alternating in a direction and the other gate part having at least one element which can interact with one of the lands at a time and is movable into one of the slots at a time. The element is moved in a prescribed direction past the lands and slots in a selecting motion and is moved into one of the slots in a shifting motion. When there is a collision between element and land during a shifting motion the movable gate part can be moved further in the prescribed direction of the selecting motion by an insertion chamfer and when there is a the movable gate part is not movable contrary to the prescribed direction of the selecting motion, but the shifting motion is stopped.
