The apparatus includes a waste water reservoir, a pump within the apparatus transferring a flow of waste water from the waste water reservoir to a filter, the filter which is configured to treat the flow of waste water, a treated water reservoir receiving and holding the treated water, and a shell encapsulating and permitting unitary transport of the waste water reservoir, the pump, the filter, and the treated water reservoir. The filter of the apparatus is further configured to remove oil from the flow of waste water. The treated water can be dispensed from the treated water reservoir upon demand.
