    Abstract: Heat wave-reflective or electrically conductive substantially transparent sheets, such as glazing sheets, which include a transparent solid substrate and one or more sequential transparent gold-clad silver layers supported by the substrate are disclosed. These sheets have superior corrosion resistance to equivalent sheets made without the gold cladding or made with gold/silver alloys. Sputter-deposit methods for producing these sheets are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A process for coating a substrate with a film comprising an .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated compound, a .beta.,.gamma.-unsaturated ether activator compound, an effective amount of a free radical polymerization initiator, and, optionally, a catalytic amount of metal drier. The components are applied to the substrate and the coated substrate is then placed in an atmosphere substantially free of oxygen until the coating has cured to a substantially tack-free condition.

    Abstract: A process for coating a substrate with a film of cured polymer in which a mixture of a poly (.alpha., .beta.-ethylenically unsaturated) oligomer, a polyallyloxy activator compound containing an effective amount of a free radical polymerization initiator and a catalytic amount of metal drier is prepared, the admixture is applied to the substrate in an air or oxygen rich atmosphere and the coated substrate is then placed in an atmosphere substantially free of oxygen until the coating has cured to a substantially tack-free condition.
