Abstract: A jewelry box comprises a container and a cover for preventing access into the container connected to the container. A frame for providing a supporting border to a representation made on a surface and for permitting a visual observation of the representation may be detachably connected to the cover so that the representation may be replaced. A hanger adapted to be connected to the container for mounting the container to a wall may also be provided and, when the container is mounted on the wall, a device is disposed within the container to suspend a necklace within the container.
