Abstract: Baby walker apparatus includes a framework and a rigid anti-tip member fixedly secured to the bottom of the framework. The rigid anti-tip member includes a ring element having a rounded outer peripheral surface and a plurality of stabilizer elements spaced from one another and radiating outwardly from the ring element beyond the rounded outer peripheral surface. The distal ends of at least two of the stabilizer elements are in simultaneous engagement with the floor upon tipping of the framework in any direction to limit the extent of the tipping and to stabilize the baby walker apparatus against rotational movement.

Abstract: Apparatus for forming a barrier on a support surface to restrict movement of a baby walker. The apparatus includes at least one elongated barrier element positionable on the support surface which is rotatable when engaged by a baby walker wheel to bring the elongated barrier element into contact with the walker body and prevent further movement of the baby walker.

A plenum formed by the walls of the cabinet is pressurized with a fluid to direct the fluid into contact with the hand or foot. Suitable structure is provided to position the hand or foot at a predetermined location within the interior spaced from the apertures.
