    Abstract: A closure having a dispensing orifice in the top of a threaded cap which is closed by a lid hinged to the cap. A thin membrane extends inwardly from the periphery of the orifice, and a closure plug on the lid engages the orifice and stretches the membrane downwardly to seal the plug. The method of manufacture and sealing is presented.
