    Abstract: A simulated balloon system for that does not utilize a pressurized gas. The simulated balloon system generally includes a simulated balloon unit having a first portion and a second portion defining a lower opening when attached, a plurality of fasteners connected to the simulated balloon unit for removably attaching the first portion and the second portion, a support member extending from the lower opening of the simulated balloon unit, and a base attached to a lower end of the support member. The base may be comprised of a magnet for attaching to a metal object such as a vehicle.
