Abstract: A reuseable mailer type business form has an initial mailing configuration addressed to an outgoing addressee, and a reply mailing configuration addressed to a reply addressee. The mailer complies with the postal requirement that no part of the outgoing address or postage (including postal service applied bar coding) appear on the mailer in the reply configuration. The mailer includes a front opaque ply with at least one cut-out, and at least one removable strip adjacent an edge, including a perforation line. Postage indicia are visible at the upper right-hand corner of the front ply. A rear opaque ply has a fold line adjacent an edge, and coincident with the perforation line of the front ply. A flap is defined between the fold line and the adjacent edge. At least one insert ply (between the front and rear plies) having outgoing address information visible through the cutout when the mailer is in the initial mailing configuration is provided.

Abstract: A C-fold simple mailer is provided which may be processed on a laser (or other non-impact) printer. Pressure sensitive adhesive is utilized to form the mailer, and integral return envelope. C-folding and sealing are effected after printing of variable data on the form. In one construction variable data is printed on both faces of the form utilizing a duplex sheet feed laser printer, while in a second construction a simplex continuous laser printer is utilized and variable data--including the outgoing addressee address indicia--is printed on only one face. In the second construction a die cut window is provided so that the outgoing address information is visible from the exterior of the mailer.

Abstract: A business form comprises a mailer formed from a single roughly 81/2.times.11 inch sheet, with a reply envelope nestable within the mailer, yet large enough to comply with minimum size postal regulations for mailable first class documents. The mailer sheet is C or Z folded into three sections of approximately equal size with perforations defining marginal portions and main panels. The return envelope has a first portion having a length approximately twice that of a second portion, and a free end. The first and second portions are connected together to define an envelope pocket having a length approximately equal to that of the second portion, including a common first edge opposite from the free end. A first fold line is formed in the first portion at or slightly spaced from the pocket and parallel to the common edge, and a second fold line is formed in the first portion between the first fold line and the free end and parallel to the first fold line.
