    Abstract: A strap-like device for pulling a golf cart or the like. The device includes a strap which is detachably attached to the handle of the golf cart. A large loop is formed in the strap extending essentially from the handle of the golf cart over the shoulder of a person pulling the cart. A shoulder pad is slideably mounted on the strap to engage the torso of a person pulling the cart. The size of the strap is adjustable to accomodate various wearers and wearing options.
