    Abstract: Imitation cheese is made by admixing a hydrated casein curd produced by the action of a milk coagulating enzyme on a calcium salt of a milk casein with edible oil and an emulsifying agent with heating at an elevated temperature to form a homogeneous mixture. Preferably, the enzyme is rennet and heating is to above 140.degree. F. An acid is preferably added to the heated mixture with vigorously admixing under homogenizing conditions to produce a homogeneous melted and pasteurized product.

    Abstract: An improved fuel filler restrictor assembly including a reinforcing wall member adjacent to the aperture through which a fuel filling nozzle is inserted. The reinforcing wall member is secured to the filler neck restrictor body and extends across the filler tube with opposite edge portions adjacent to the filler tube wall so as to prevent prying of the restrictor assembly by a bar or the like and thereby to prevent removal of the restrictor portion of the assembly by back and forth prying movements by the bar.

    Abstract: An imitation or synthetic cheese product is produced by reacting an acid precipitated casein with a basic calcium salt to produce a calcium caseinate solution, adding acid to adjust the pH of the calcium caseinate solution, forming a curd of the calcium caseinate by treatment with a coagulating enzyme and admixing the curd with an edible oil or fat, a non-toxic emulsifying agent and acid to produce a cheese-like product having a taste, texture and flavor similar to natural dairy cheese.
