  • Publication number: 20080097862
Abstract: In a system for automated management of purchase in a self-service-type sales point, a system management host, at least one trolley, and a plurality of different products are provided in the sales point. The products are individually provided with a barcode, and the trolley is assigned a specific certification number. The trolley is provided with a trolley terminal having a barcode reader and a scale connected thereto for scanning the barcode on a purchased product and weighting the purchased product positioned in the trolley, so that a barcode data and a weight data are obtained. The system management host includes a merchandise databank for storing the barcode data of all products displayed in the sales point, and a purchase record memory for storing a purchase record generated by a microcontroller in the host each time a purchased product is scanned and positioned in the trolley.

  • Publication number: 20070242238
Abstract: A projector includes a laser source, a collimate lens, a deflection reflector, and a deflection controller coupled to the deflection reflector. The laser source generates a laser beam, which transmits through and is converted by the collimate lens into a collimated laser beam, which is then directed toward the deflection reflector. The deflection reflector, under the control of the deflection controller, projects the collimated laser beam to a liquid crystal panel or a digital micro-reflector element in a scanning manner so as to induce an image, which is then projected to a projection display screen.

  • Publication number: 20070097097
Abstract: A laser type coordinate sensing system for touch module includes an X-direction light emitting array, an X-direction light receiving array, a Y-direction light emitting array, and a Y-direction light receiving array provided at four sides of a touch area on a substrate, so that a plurality of X-direction laser beams projected from the X-direction light emitting array and a plurality of Y-direction laser beams projected from the Y-direction light emitting array densely and orthogonally intersect with one another in the touch area on the substrate. The laser type coordinate sensing system for touch module may be associated with a display panel to form a laser type touch panel.

  • Publication number: 20070069025
Abstract: A bar code reader includes a polygon mirror being located opposite to a laser beam projecting unit with a surrounding reflection mirror set arranged between them. The polygon mirror includes a plurality of sides, each of which is a curved reflection surface, and is driven by a motor to rotate, so that a laser beam projected from the projecting unit is reflected by the curved reflection surfaces of the polygon mirror and projected toward the surrounding reflection mirror set.

  • Publication number: 20060101334
Abstract: A software module at an e-mail gateway server scans incoming e-mail messages suspected of being phishing messages and inserts a script program into the head or body of the message in HTML form. The message is converted into an HTML document if necessary. The script program is written in a language such as VBScript, JScript, ECMAScript or JavaScript and can be run in a browser. The modified message is delivered to the recipient. When the e-mail client software on the user's desktop encounters the HTML content a browser starts up and the script program is executed by the browser. The script program can then take any action necessary to counter any hostile content of the message such as providing a warning message, comparing hyperlinks, intercepting a redirect request, warning about suspect attachments, etc.

  • Patent number: 5878918
Abstract: A photoresist supplying system for used in a semiconductor fabrication, the system includes a photoresist holder for storing photoresist. A first gas supplier is connected to the photoresist holder for providing gas to the photoresist holder to force the photoresist out of the photoresist holder. A buffer is connected to the photoresist holder via an input terminal to exhaust the gas, the photoresist is output by an output terminal of the buffer. A first valve is connected to the output terminal of the buffer for controlling the flowing rate of the photoresist. A second valve is connected to the buffer to drain the gas collected by the space. A pumping apparatus is connected to the first valve via an input terminal to suck the photoresist. A filter is connected to the pumping apparatus to filter out the impurity in the photoresist. A vibrator is set in the photoresist supplying system to hold the filter for eliminating bubble.

  • Patent number: 5718490
Abstract: A portable clothes storage closet having a compact travel condition in which the closet components are disassembled and, at the point of use, are assembled within the outer fabric cover into an optimum size providing adequate storage space, the assembly within the outer fabric cover permitting a size in the closet outer fabric-support structure that could not readily fit through the opening into the closet. Also, the size of the compartment bounded by the fabric cover is selected to approximate that of the support structure so that the closing of the opening into the closet which is provided in the fabric cover creates a tautness in the fabric cover about the support structure which obviates inadvertent disassembly of the components of the support structure while the closet is in use.
