Abstract: A snap-fit cooler box includes an outer shell, an inner shell, a plurality of inner snap-fit components, a plurality of outer snap-fit components, an insulating material and a cover. A closing end and an opening end are respectively formed on opposite sides of the outer shell; a container and a connecting flange are disposed on the inner shell. The inner snap-fit components are disposed between the closing end and the container, the outer snap-fit components are disposed between the opening end and the connecting flange. The inner and outer snap-fit components are used for allowing the inner shell to snap into the outer shell without using screws or nails. Therefore, the inner shell will not leak internal water to the exterior of the outer shell.

Abstract: A luggage of the present invention includes a case body and a cover plate. A communication opening forms on one side of the case to communicate with the interior of the case, and the case is provided with a main zipper chain around the communication opening. Opposite sides of the cover are respectively set as an outer surface and a inner surface, and the outer surface and the inner surface are respectively provided with subordinate zipper chains. Wherein, the main zipper chain can selectively meshes with one of the subordinate zipper chains to make the outer surface exposed outside the case, or meshes with the other subordinate zipper chain to expose the inner surface outside an accommodating space. Through it, a connection assembly allows the cover plate to be connected to or separated from the case body through different connection ways which enhancing the diversity of the appearance of the luggage.

Abstract: The luggage of the present invention comprises: two outer shells, a joint piece and a removable liner. Each shell has a closed end and an opening end. Wherein the joint piece connects to one of the opening ends, so that the joint piece covers a partial area of the opening end, and then the remaining area of the opening end not covered by the joint piece is configured as a through opening. In addition, the removable liner is hollow, and is located inside the outer shell attached with the joint piece, thus removable liner can be selectively assembled to or separated from the joint piece. Therefore, when separated from the joint piece through the detaching-assembling set, the removable liner can be used separately as a handbag or a backpack, and even replaced with another removable liner with different appearance, which makes the internal shape of the luggage more diverse.

The binding frame includes two substantially parallelly extended clamping wall portions, which together inwardly clamp on the outer shell, the insulation layer and the inner shell, such that the insulation layer is fixedly held in an enclosed space defined in between the binding frame, the outer shell and the inner shell. With the binding frame, different components of the cooler box can be more easily assembled together to reduce the assembling time and increase the productivity.

Abstract: A cooler box manufacturing method includes the steps of bonding an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) sheet material to a polycarbonate (PC) layer to form a two-layered panel; heating and softening the two-layered panel and attaching the latter to a forming mold by vacuum suction to provide a rigid body shell and a rigid cover shell; sequentially attaching insulation pads and inner wall layers to inner surfaces of the rigid body and cover shells to provide a cooler box body and a cooler box cover that respectively internally have insulation pad or pads covered by an inner wall layer; and finally, pivotally connecting the cooler box cover to the cooler box body to complete a cooler box. The cooler box so manufactured has rigid shells to not only provide heat and cool insulation for food and beverage storage, but also prevent the stored food and beverage from colliding with one another.

Abstract: An advantageously recyclable environment-friendly thermal insulation box includes an inner box, an outer box and an insulation layer. The inner box has a sealed bottom, a peripheral wall, and a top opening having an engaging edge formed therearound. An engaging groove is provided between the engaging edge and the peripheral wall. The outer box includes a closed bottom and an open top provided with an engaging protrusion. Through engagement of the engaging protrusion with the engaging groove, the outer box is externally connected to the inner box with an enclosing space formed between the two boxes for receiving the insulation layer therein. The inner and outer boxes are made of a PP or an HDPE material, and the insulation layer is made of an EPE material, allowing the no longer usable thermal insulation box to be directly recycled to produce plastic pellets with good mechanical properties and accordingly higher value.

Abstract: A hard luggage case with changeable case portion includes a first and a second case portion; a closure structure connected to between the first and the second case portion for binding them together to form the luggage case; a coupling structure provided in the luggage case with one longitudinal edge fixedly connected to the first case portion and another longitudinal edge detachably connected to the second case portion; and a covering structure externally provided on the luggage case corresponding to the coupling structure, and having one longitudinal edge externally fixedly connected to the first case portion and another longitudinal edge forming a free end. When the coupling structure and the covering structure are detached from the second case portion, the closure structure allows the second case portion to completely separate from the first one and be replaced with a structurally identical third case portion that shows a different exterior design.
