Abstract: A processing method of recycling PET material from bags includes the steps of breaking a bag into a plurality of PET broken pieces and PET fragments; blending the PET broken pieces and PET fragments to form a plurality of plastic granules; thermally plasticizing the plastic granules into a continuous plastic bar; cooling the continuous plastic bar to cure the same into a cured plastic bar, which is cut into a plurality of recycled plastic pellets; thermally plasticizing a mixture of the recycled plastic pellets and a compatibilizer to form a continuous modified plastic bar; and lastly, cooling the continuous modified plastic bar to cure the same into a cured and modified plastic bar, which is cut into a plurality of modified plastic pellets. With the above PET recycling method, it is able to save the step of sorting materials and produce modified plastic pellets with enhanced mechanical strength.

Abstract: Apparatus for automated assembling of suitcase wheels and handles includes a wheel pick-up arm for moving a wheel and a suitcase shell to a wheel conveyance platform near a wheel mounting mechanism, so that the handle is locked to the suitcase shell to form a half-finished suitcase shell; a handle pick-up arm and a suitcase shell pick-up arm for moving one handle and one half-finished suitcase shell, respectively, to a handle mounting table on a handle conveyance platform; and a mounting plate pick-up arm for placing a mounting plate on an inner side of the half-finished suitcase shell in alignment with the handle previously locked to an opposite side of the half-finished suitcase shell to produce a finished suitcase shell. With the above arrangements, it is able to reduce operating errors and operating time when assembling the handles and wheels to the suitcase shells.

Abstract: The present invention provides a structure for assembling a draw bar of a draw-bar case, which includes a case body and a drawbar mechanism. The draw-bar mechanism includes a draw bar, an upper fixing assembly, and a lower fixing assembly. The draw bar includes a handle, two movable rods, and two guiding sleeves. The upper fixing assembly includes an external fixing plate and a first internal fixing plate. The case body is provided with an accommodating groove. The external fixing plate is penetrated to form two guiding holes. The accommodating groove is penetrated to form two through holes. The first internal fixing plate is disposed in the case body for connecting the external fixing plate. The lower fixing assembly includes a second internal fixing plate forming two positioning holes and several external fixing strips connecting to the second internal fixing plate. A bottom end of the guiding sleeve is installed onto the positioning hole.

Abstract: A quick assembling trolley case includes a shell provided at predetermined positions with retaining recesses, mounting recesses, and a receiving recess; a plurality of handle parts including a handle and two handle fixing seats snap-fitted into the retaining recesses; four caster assemblies each including a locating upper cover and a mounting base having a swivel caster connected thereto, which are located at an outer and an inner side, respectively, of the mounting recess and snap-joined together; and a telescopic handle mechanism including a telescopic handle having a grip, two movable rods, and two guiding sleeves fitted on around the movable rods and being connected at upper and lower ends to an upper fixing assembly and a lower fixing assembly, which are snap-fitted onto the receiving recess and a lower portion of the shell, respectively. With the above arrangements, the trolley case can be easily and efficiently assembled.

The caster assembly includes a caster and an upper positioning cover. The caster includes a mounting pedestal and a universal wheel. Four sides of the case body are each provided with an installation slot. Several insertion plates are disposed on an inner side surface of the upper positioning cover. The installation slot is penetrated to form a through hole that is disposed corresponding to the insertion plate. The installation pedestal is provided with a buckle plate that is disposed corresponding to the through hole. The buckle plate is penetrated to form an insertion hole. Both sides of one end of the insertion plate are each provided with an inverted buckle. The insertion plate is snap-fitted onto the insertion hole after passing through the through hole and the insertion hole sequentially.

Abstract: A snap-fit suitcase includes two shell structures respectively having a case member removably snap-fitted onto a frame member; two lining structures respectively being removably snap-fitted onto the frame members and located in the case members; and a zipper structure having two zipper tapes and a slider. The zipper tapes respectively include a plurality of embedding teeth, which are embedded in the frame members; and the slider is used to close a plurality of closure teeth on one zipper tape to a plurality of closure teeth on the other zipper tape. With these arrangements, both the case members and the lining structures can be snap-fitted onto the frame members to not only largely shorten the time for assembling the suitcase, but also enable easy disassembling of the case members, the frame member and the lining structures to facilitate convenient repair and maintenance of the suitcase.

The handle assembly includes a handle and two handle retaining brackets. The handle retaining bracket are provided with a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface. The first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are provided with a position-limiting slot. The case body is provided with a clamping groove that is disposed corresponding to the handle retaining bracket. Two opposite side walls of the clamping groove are provided with an inverted buckle. The handle retaining bracket is aligned with and pressed into the clamping groove. The first and the second inclined surface will be adjacent to the inverted buckles, until the inverted buckles on both sides of the clamping groove are snap-fitted onto the position-limiting slots on both sides of the handle retaining bracket respectively.

The inner snap-fit components are disposed between the closing end and the container, the outer snap-fit components are disposed between the opening end and the connecting flange. The inner and outer snap-fit components are used for allowing the inner shell to snap into the outer shell without using screws or nails. Therefore, the inner shell will not leak internal water to the exterior of the outer shell.

Abstract: A luggage of the present invention includes a case body and a cover plate. A communication opening forms on one side of the case to communicate with the interior of the case, and the case is provided with a main zipper chain around the communication opening. Opposite sides of the cover are respectively set as an outer surface and a inner surface, and the outer surface and the inner surface are respectively provided with subordinate zipper chains. Wherein, the main zipper chain can selectively meshes with one of the subordinate zipper chains to make the outer surface exposed outside the case, or meshes with the other subordinate zipper chain to expose the inner surface outside an accommodating space. Through it, a connection assembly allows the cover plate to be connected to or separated from the case body through different connection ways which enhancing the diversity of the appearance of the luggage.
