Abstract: A corrugated shelf extender having an upper section and a lower section is provided. The lower section is configured to be received by an inner area of a vertical support post. The upper section is configured to extend above the vertical support post so as to provide support for signage or the like. The lower section includes a channel that is configured so as to enable a section of the vertical support post that receives the lower section of the shelf extender to be simultaneously utilized by the shelf extender and one or more mounting lug. The corrugated shelf extender is manufactured from a flat piece of continuous corrugated material by folding the corrugated material so as to fabricate an inner portion and an outer portion.

Abstract: A shipping and display container having a plurality of panels defining a tray portion and a cover portion removably coupled to the tray portion. The container includes a separating line that bisects various panels of the container so that after the container is received at a retail point-of-sale location, the cover portion can be separated from the tray portion. After the cover portion is separated from the tray portion, the cover portion is discarded and the tray portion is utilized as a retail display tray.

Abstract: A corrugated box container with a main component including a base section and first and second side sections. The box container additionally includes first and second side support components associated with the first and second side sections for reinforcing the first and second side support sections. The box container further includes a cover component that is capable of engagement with the main component or the first and second side support components, such that the main component and the cover component present a fully enclosed space within the box container. Abstract: Disclosed is a composition of matter comprising an isolated polypeptide, which is a peripherally-restricted NaV1.7 inhibitor. In some disclosed embodiments, the isolated polypeptide is an inhibitor of NaV1.7. Other embodiments are conjugated embodiments of the inventive composition of matter and pharmaceutical compositions containing the inventive composition of matter. Isolated nucleic acids encoding some embodiments of inventive polypeptides and expression vectors, and recombinant host cells containing them are disclosed. A method of treating or preventing pain is also disclosed.

Abstract: Methods of treating metabolic diseases and disorders using a composition comprising an antigen binding protein specific for the GIPR polypeptide conjugated to a GLP-1 receptor agonist are provided. In various embodiments the metabolic disease or disorder is type 2 diabetes, obesity, dyslipidemia, elevated glucose levels, elevated insulin levels and diabetic nephropathy. In certain embodiments the composition comprises an antibody or functional fragment thereof comprising a cysteine at one or more conjugation site(s) wherein the GLP-1 receptor agonist is conjugated to the antibody or functional fragment thereof through the side-chain of the cysteine residue.
